Online Appointment Booking

You can now book and cancel GP appointments online!

Step 1:

Visit the surgery and ask at reception for an Internet Booking registration form.  The form contains instructions on how to register for the Internet Booking service, as well as some unique patient details.

Step 2:

Once you have collected your Internet Booking registration form you will need to register online using the unique patient details on your form. Go to https://access.e-mis.co.uk and follow the instructions on your registration form to activate your account.

Step 3:

When you want to book, view or cancel a GP appointment, simply visit https://access.e-mis.co.uk and sign in using the relevant login details from your registration form and the password you chose during the online registration process.
