Appointments

Doctors and Nurses surgeries are by appointment.

Our Doctors and Nurse Practitioners operate a flexible appointment system where appointments can be booked either up to 2-3 weeks in advance and on the day.  This means that you are able to telephone on the day you need an appointment as well as weeks ahead.  We do pre-book a number of early morning appointments.  Most nurses appointments can be pre-booked. 

If you cannot keep an appointment please inform us as soon as possible so that it can be offered to others. Normally you may consult any of the Doctors, but in our mutual interest it is preferable if you are seen by one doctor throughout any one illness.

Evenings & Weekends

From 6.30pm until 8am on weekdays, and from 6.30pm Friday until 8am on Monday, emergency cover is provided by Worcestershire Out of Hours Service. They can be contacted either directly on 0845 609 0669, or by calling the surgery on the usual number and selecting Option 1 for emergencies when prompted.

Home Visits

Home visits are generally reserved for elderly, immobile or terminal ill patients who are too ill to travel to the surgery.  Please phone before 10.30 am to allow the doctors to plan their rounds. The doctors will decide whether a visit is the best way of dealing with the problem, and will attend the more urgent calls first.

WEDNESDAY    8.30 am - 12.00 pm,  2.00 p.m. - 5.30 p.m.
THURSDAY        8.30 am - 12.00 pm,  2.00 p.m. - 5.30 p.m.
FRIDAY              8.30 am - 12.00 pm,  2.00 p.m. - 5.30 p.m.
