Out of Hours
If you need a doctor out of normal working hours, ring 08444 772419 and our answering machine will tell you how to contact the out-of-hours emergency service.

Test Results 
 You should usually allow five working days from the date a test is undertaken before contacting the surgery for the result. 

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

Complaints

Complaints

Whilst we make every effort to provide you with the highest standard of care, we appreciate that you may feel less than satisfied at times. New Road Surgery has a standard complaints procedure, a copy of which may be requested at reception.

If you have a complaint, in the first instance please discuss it with a member of staff, or if you prefer, the practice manager. You may be asked to put any complaint in writing, which we will investigate and respond to.

If you remain dissatisfied you are entitled to contact the Primary Care Trust (PCT), West Wing, Wildwood, Wildwood Drive, Worcs, WR5 2LG,  tel:  01905 760079/89, within 28 days of the complaint for an independent review
