You should usually allow five working days from the date a test is undertaken before contacting the surgery for the result.

How To Register As A Patient

If you are new to the area, live within our catchment area (please see map below) and wish to register as a patient, please ask at reception for a registration form for each household member. Once you have completed the forms, please hand them in at reception.

You will be registered with New Road Surgery and not a specific doctor (despite one of their names appearing on your new Medical card when you receive it). Any of the doctors will be pleased to see you, or you may prefer to request a specific doctor; please ask reception.

We will endeavour to accommodate your preferences but wish to remind you that this may not always be possible.

PreRegistration If you wish to pre-register click on the link below to open the form. When you have completed all of the details, click on the "Send" button to mail your form to us. When you visit the surgery for the first time you will be asked to sign the form to confirm that the details are correct.
