The Patient Participation Group will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 17th September 2019 at 11.00 am at New Road Surgery. All patients are welcome to attend and the PPG would welcome new members.

Travelling to Europe in 2019?

There have been a significant outbreak of MEASLES number of European Countries. All travellers who have not previously had 2 doses of a measles containing vaccine (e.g. the MMR) should consider being vaccinated before travel. Don't forget to leave enough time to order your repeat prescriptions before your holidays and MOST IMPORTANTLY, take your medications on holiday with you!

Flu Vaccinations for our patients who are aged 65 or over by 31/3/2020 - we invite you to attend on Saturday 28/9/19 at the following times:

Surnames A - G between 9.00 and 10.15 am

Surnames H - P between 10.30 - 11.45 am

Surnames Q - Z between 12.00 - 13.15 pm

There may be a delay with delivery of flu vaccines for those with chronic diseases, pregnant women, and carers in receipt of carers allowance aged under 65 yrs so we are holding a separate clinic on Saturday 26/10/19 at the following times:  

Surnames A - G between 9.00 and 10.15 am

Surnames H - P between 10.30 - 11.45 am

Surnames Q - Z between 12.00 - 13.15 pm

Opening Hours: 

We have extended hours here at the surgery, and also at our shared hub for all the Bromsgrove practices:

New Road Surgery: late night Mondays, early Tuesday mornings, and one Saturday morning each month (first Saturday of the month, unless it falls on a B/H weekend)

BHI Parkside 'Hub': every Tuesday evening 18.30-20.00

We also have occasional weekends throughout the year at the hub covering Friday's 18.30-20.00 and Saturday's 08.30-12.30 for face to face appointments with GP's, nurses and HCA's, and telephone call appointments with a GP on a Sunday.
