Care Quality Commission

On Tuesday 18th November 2014 we were inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). A team of inspectors visited for the day and looked at our systems, our policies and procedures, our staffing and the way we train & support staff and also spoke with many patients.

Their feedback is that we are a warm & friendly practice and that our staff really care about each other and our patients. We are clear about our responsibilities and work in a safe & effective manner. We are well led, we have a clear vision and staff feel well supported. We have many excellent systems and they felt that patients receive prompt & responsive attention.

Thank you to any patients who were asked for feedback on the day, we appreciate you giving your time to do this.

Please click on the links below to see either the Detailed or Summary ratings awarded to New Road Surgery by the CQC.

The ratings are designed to improve transparency by providing you with a clear statement about the quality and safety of care provided.
