We are closed on Bank Holidays.

Accessibility

  • Free to park private car park with 3 disabled parking bays
  • Wheelchairs are available for use within the surgery
  • Ramp access from car park to main ground floor and reception area
  • A lift from ground floor to top floor
  • Lower ground floor access is via the side entrance next to Bromsgrove Pharmacy
  • Disabled access toilets on the ground floor and the top floor
  • Service animals for sight and hearing are welcome in the surgery 
  • If you require help or support within the surgery please let a member of reception staff know
  • Baby changing facilities can be found on ground and top floor
  • A building directory can be found in the main foyer
  • Please speak to a member of reception if you require a private area for breast feeding
  • We offer an interpretation service for non English speaking patients

Hearing or Visual Difficulties

If you are experiencing hearing or visual difficulties when being called in to see a clinician, please do let us know in order for us to set up an alert on your medical records and personally collect you from the waiting room. Alternatively, we do have the facility of a portable induction loop. If you would like to use this, please ask at reception for assistance.

Minor Injuries Service and Emergency Department

At the Princess of Wales Community Hospital, there is a minor injuries service with Advanced Practitioners in attendance. Patients should attend this unit for minor injuries
