Self Referral and Self Help

There are a whole range of really useful services that you can self-refer to and often you will get to see a Clinician much faster than waiting for an appointment at your GP surgery.

If you have any of the following conditions, please self-refer to the appropriate service:

  • Are you over 50 and have noticed that your hearing isn't as good as normal? If so, you can self-refer for a hearing test locally.
